  We all remember futuristic BMW i8 coupe which was driven by Tom cruise in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol. BMW now has unveiled i8 spyder convertible concept. It is a two seated car with a hybrid propulsion system consisting of a gasoline engine and an electric motor producing a decent 354 hp (combined) and 406 lb-ft of torque and with these figures of power and torque, the performance of the BMW Concept i8 spyder is a like a sport car. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 5.0 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph. BMW i8 spyder has a slighter short wheelbase as compare to coupe. Body and chassis of spyder are made of composite materials i.e. carbon fiber and aluminum, with an objective to attain right weight and efficient dynamics.   The most powerful and most sporty M5 is about to hit showrooms very soon. It has 4.4 liter V8 twin turbo motor that produces a 560 hp which is 10 percent more than the model it will replace. Torque is rated at 502 ft lb (680 Nm). The new M5 accelerates from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h). However with M drivers package top speed elevates to 190 mph (305 km/h). The new M5 has a double clutch seven speed automatic gearbox with a Launch control function to improve acceleration.   The all new BMW 3 series 2012 F30 is the sixth generation sedan which will replace previous model launched in 2005. It is one of the most important launches for BMW as well as car industry.
